ETHOS
We’re heavily influenced by artists and documentarians that have challenged the way people look at Black experiences, bodies, identities, cultures, and traditions. Those who came before us have ultimately contributed to a wider visual history of Africans and the Black diaspora.
We are committed to the study of the Black gaze and decoloniality. Image-making for us is just the beginning, we dig deeper, investigating the medium, exploring discourses in representation to know how to tell a story.
